1. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes contest is open to all US and Canadian residents who are 21 or over. Proof of age is required to receive any prizes. Employees of the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau, its advertising agencies, related sponsors and household members to each employee are not eligible. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

2. SPONSOR: Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau, 120 East Main Street, Ligonier, PA 15658.

3. THE PRIZE(S) CONSIST(S) OF:  Some restrictions may apply.  Accommodations for an overnight stay and 2 lift tickets to Hidden Valley Resort, will be distributed (mailed USPS) to the winning party. 

4. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: The principal sponsor, the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau, uses the name and contact information to administer the contest according to the Official Rules. The sponsor may use personal information to promote events and to market its services. Entrants who do not wish to receive communication from the sponsor may indicate their preference by clicking on the link to "unsubscribe" or by writing the Sponsor directly.

5. The entrant hereby consents to the release and disclosure by the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau of any and all information provided in the entry. Information collected in connection with this contest shall be used for the Bureau’s  and possibly its members’ tourism-related mailings regarding vacationing in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands and shall not be resold to third parties for any other use whatsoever.

6. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from a single person will be treated as one entry.

7. The sweepstakes shall terminate on February 28, 2010; Entries received after this time frame will be disqualified. Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about February 28, 2010 and will be notified by either telephone or mail.   For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau, 120 East Main Street, Ligonier, PA 15658, within 30 days after the sweepstakes terminates.

8. In its running of this promotion, the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau does not in any way endorse, promote, support, or affiliate itself in any capacity with the products featured in the promotion.

9. The Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau or its agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including errors associated with the U. S. Postal Service.

10. This contest is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.

11. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau, and agencies employed by the Bureau, as well as any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.

12. If for any reason the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the contest, the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice to the entrants.

13. Entry into the contest does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the prize offered for the contest.
